23 If a child is given circumcision on the Sabbath so that the law of Moses may not be broken, why are you angry with me because I made a man completely well on the Sabbath?
Or is it not said in the law, how the Sabbath is broken by the priests in the Temple and they do no wrong?
But the Pharisees, when they saw it, said to him, See, your disciples do that which it is not right to do on the Sabbath.
After a time Jesus came across him in the Temple and said to him, See, you are well and strong; do no more sin for fear a worse thing comes to you. The man went away and said to the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well. And for this reason the Jews were turned against Jesus, because he was doing these things on the Sabbath.
