10 All the works of your hands give praise to you, O Lord; and your saints give you blessing.
<To the chief music-maker. A Psalm. Of David.> The heavens are sounding the glory of God; the arch of the sky makes clear the work of his hands.
Give praise to the Lord, all his works, in all places under his rule: give praise to the Lord, O my soul.
Give praise to the Lord. Let the Lord be praised from the heavens: give him praise in the skies. Give praise to him, all you his angels: give praise to him, all his armies. Give praise to him, you sun and moon: give praise to him, all you stars of light. Give praise to him, you highest heavens, and you waters which are over the heavens. Let them give praise to the name of the Lord: for he gave the order, and they were made. He has put them in their places for ever; he has given them their limits which may not be broken. Give praise to the Lord from the earth, you great sea-beasts, and deep places: Fire and rain of ice, snow and mists; storm-wind, doing his word: Mountains and all hills; fruit-trees and all trees of the mountains: Beasts and all cattle; insects and winged birds: Kings of the earth, and all peoples; rulers and all judges of the earth: Young men and virgins; old men and children: Let them give glory to the name of the Lord: for his name only is to be praised: his kingdom is over the earth and the heaven. He has put on high the horn of his people, for the praise of all his saints; even the children of Israel, a people which is near to him. Let the Lord be praised.
After these things I saw a great army of people more than might be numbered, out of every nation and of all tribes and peoples and languages, taking their places before the high seat and before the Lamb, dressed in white robes, and with branches in their hands, Saying with a loud voice, Salvation to our God who is seated on the high seat, and to the Lamb. And all the angels were round about the high seat, and about the rulers and the four beasts; and they went down on their faces before the high seat, and gave worship to God, saying, So be it. Let blessing and glory and wisdom and praise and honour and power and strength be given to our God for ever and ever. So be it.
But you are a special people, a holy nation, priests and kings, a people given up completely to God, so that you may make clear the virtues of him who took you out of the dark into the light of heaven.
Let us then make offerings of praise to God at all times through him, that is to say, the fruit of lips giving witness to his name.
Because the knowledge of God may be seen in them, God having made it clear to them. For from the first making of the world, those things of God which the eye is unable to see, that is, his eternal power and existence, are fully made clear, he having given the knowledge of them through the things which he has made, so that men have no reason for wrongdoing:
Make a song, O heavens, for the Lord has done it: give a loud cry, you deep parts of the earth: let your voices be loud in song, you mountains, and you woods with all your trees: for the Lord has taken up the cause of Jacob, and will let his glory be seen in Israel.
The beasts of the field will give me honour, the jackals and the ostriches: because I send out waters in the waste land, and rivers in the dry country, to give drink to the people whom I have taken for myself: Even the people whom I made to be the witnesses of my praise.
Give praise to the Lord, O children of Israel: give praise to the Lord, O sons of Aaron: Give praise to the Lord, O sons of Levi: let all the worshippers of the Lord give him praise. Praise be to the Lord out of Zion, even to the Lord whose house is in Jerusalem, Let the Lord be praised.
He has kept in mind his mercy and his unchanging faith to the house of Israel; all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God. Let all the earth send out a glad cry to the Lord; sounding with a loud voice, and praising him with songs of joy. Make melody to the Lord with instruments of music; with a corded instrument and the voice of song. With wind instruments and the sound of the horn, make a glad cry before the Lord, the King. Let the sea be thundering, with all its waters; the world, and all who are living in it; Let the streams make sounds of joy with their hands; let the mountains be glad together, Before the Lord, for he has come as judge of the earth; judging the world in righteousness, and giving true decisions for the peoples.
Be glad in the Lord, you upright men; praising the memory of his holy name.
Let the heavens have joy and the earth be glad; let the sea be thundering with all its waters; Let the field be glad, and everything which is in it; yes, let all the trees of the wood be sounding with joy, Before the Lord, for he is come; he is come to be the judge of the earth; the earth will be judged in righteousness, and the peoples with unchanging faith.
Give praise to God in the great meeting; even the Lord, you who come from the fountain of Israel.
Be glad in the Lord with joy, you upright men; give cries of joy, all you whose hearts are true.
You who have fear of the Lord, give him praise; all you seed of Jacob, give him glory; go in fear of him, all you seed of Israel.
And a voice came from the high seat, saying, Give praise to our God, all you his servants, small and great, in whom is the fear of him. And there came to my ears the voice of a great army, like the sound of waters, and the sound of loud thunders, saying, Praise to the Lord: for the Lord our God, Ruler of all, is King.

PSALM 145
Ps 145:1-21. A Psalm of praise to God for His mighty, righteous, and gracious government of all men, and of His humble and suffering people in particular.
1, 2. (Compare Ps 30:1).
bless thy name—celebrate Thy perfections (Ps 5:11). God is addressed as king, alluding to His government of men.
3. (Compare Ps 18:3; 48:1).
greatness—as displayed in His works.
4. shall declare—literally, "they shall declare," that is, all generations.
5. I will speak—or, "muse" (Ps 77:12; 119:15).
thy wondrous works—or, "words of thy wonders," that is, which described them (Ps 105:27, Margin).
6. terrible acts—which produce dread or fear.
7. memory—(Ps 6:5), remembrance, or what causes to be remembered.
righteousness—as in Ps 143:1, goodness according to covenant engagement.
8, 9. (Compare Ps 103:8; 111:4).
over all, &c.—rests on all His works.
10. bless—as in Ps 145:1, to praise with reverence, more than merely to praise.
11, 12. The declaration of God's glory is for the extension of His knowledge and perfections in the world.
13. (Compare Da 4:3, 34).
14. (Compare Ps 37:17; 54:4).
15, 16. eyes of … thee—or, look with expecting faith (Ps 104:27, 28).
17. holy … works—literally, "merciful" or "kind, goodness" (Ps 144:2) is the corresponding noun.
righteous—in a similar relation of meaning to "righteousness" (Ps 145:7).
18, 19. (Compare Ps 34:7, 10).
20. Those who fear Him (Ps 145:19) are those who are here said to love Him.
21. (Compare Ps 33:21).
all flesh—(Ps 65:2). The Psalm ends, as it began, with ascriptions of praise, in which the pious will ever delight to join.
