7 And Jesus withdrew with his disciples to the sea; and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judaea,
And great crowds followed him from Galilee, and Decapolis, and Jerusalem, and Judaea, and beyond the Jordan.
and having descended with them, he stood on a level place, and a crowd of his disciples, and a great multitude of the people from all Judaea and Jerusalem, and the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear him, and to be healed of their diseases;
And they hallowed Kedesh in Galilee in the hill-country of Naphtali, and Shechem in the hill-country of Ephraim, and Kirjath-Arba, that is, Hebron, in the hill-country of Judah.
and out of the tribe of Naphtali, the city of refuge for the slayer, Kedesh in Galilee, and its suburbs; and Hammoth-Dor and its suburbs, and Kartan and its suburbs: three cities.
And he was preaching in their synagogues in the whole of Galilee, and casting out demons.
And it came to pass in those days that he went out into the mountain to pray, and he spent the night in prayer to God.
They answered and said to him, Art thou also of Galilee? Search and look, that no prophet arises out of Galilee.
From that day therefore they took counsel that they might kill him. Jesus therefore walked no longer openly among the Jews, but went away thence into the country near the desert, to a city called Ephraim, and there he sojourned with the disciples.
Others said, This is the Christ. Others said, Does then the Christ come out of Galilee?
They sought therefore again to take him; and he went away from out of their hand and departed again beyond the Jordan to the place where John was baptising at the first: and he abode there. And many came to him, and said, John did no sign; but all things which John said of this [man] were true.
