30 And going forth from thence they went through Galilee; and he would not that any one knew it;
And while they abode in Galilee, Jesus said to them, The Son of man is about to be delivered up into [the] hands of men, and they shall kill him; and the third day he shall be raised up. And they were greatly grieved.
Pilate says to them, What then shall I do with Jesus, who is called Christ? They all say, Let him be crucified. And the governor said, What evil then has he done? But they cried more than ever, saying, Let him be crucified.
And all were astonished at the glorious greatness of God. And as all wondered at all the things which [Jesus] did, he said to his disciples, Do *ye* let these words sink into your ears. For the Son of man is about to be delivered into men's hands. But they understood not this saying, and it was hid from them that they should not perceive it. And they feared to ask him concerning this saying.

The two last verses are somewhat difficult, and interpreters agree not in the sense of them; for every one in general, or rather every one of them that are cast into hell, shall be salted with fire, and every sacrifice shall be salted with salt. Therefore have salt in yourselves.
