16 Lest ye corrupt H7843 yourselves, and make H6213 you a graven image, H6459 the similitude H8544 of any figure, H5566 the likeness H8403 of male H2145 or female, H5347
Thou shalt not make H6213 unto thee any graven image, H6459 or any likeness H8544 of any thing that H834 is in heaven H8064 above, H4605 or that is in the earth H776 beneath, or that is in the water H4325 under the earth: H776 Thou shalt not bow down H7812 thyself to them, nor serve H5647 them: for I the LORD H3068 thy God H430 am a jealous H7067 God, H410 visiting H6485 the iniquity H5771 of the fathers H1 upon the children H1121 unto the third H8029 and fourth H7256 generation of them that hate H8130 me;
And what nation H1471 is there so great, H1419 that hath statutes H2706 and judgments H4941 so righteous H6662 as all this law, H8451 which I set H5414 before H6440 you this day? H3117 Only take heed H8104 to thyself, and keep H8104 thy soul H5315 diligently, H3966 lest thou forget H7911 the things H1697 which thine eyes H5869 have seen, H7200 and lest they depart H5493 from thy heart H3824 all the days H3117 of thy life: H2416 but teach H3045 them thy sons, H1121 and thy sons' H1121 sons; H1121
And G1161 there accompanied G4902 him G846 into G891 Asia G773 Sopater G4986 of Berea; G961 and G1161 of the Thessalonians, G2331 Aristarchus G708 and G2532 Secundus; G4580 and G2532 Gaius G1050 of Derbe, G1190 and G2532 Timotheus; G5095 and G1161 of Asia, G774 Tychicus G5190 and G2532 Trophimus. G5161 These G3778 going before G4281 tarried G3306 for us G2248 at G1722 Troas. G5174
Professing themselves G5335 to be G1511 wise, G4680 they became fools, G3471 And G2532 changed G236 the glory G1391 of the uncorruptible G862 God G2316 into G1722 an image G1504 made like G3667 to corruptible G5349 man, G444 and G2532 to birds, G4071 and G2532 fourfooted beasts, G5074 and G2532 creeping things. G2062 Wherefore G1352 God G2316 also G2532 gave G3860 them G846 up G3860 to G1519 uncleanness G167 through G1722 the lusts G1939 of their own G846 hearts, G2588 to dishonour G818 their own G846 bodies G4983 between G1722 themselves: G1438
