13 Woe H1945 unto him that buildeth H1129 his house H1004 by H3808 unrighteousness, H6664 and his chambers H5944 by wrong; H4941 that useth his neighbour's H7453 service H5647 without wages, H2600 and giveth H5414 him not for his work; H6467
Thou shalt not defraud H6231 thy neighbour, H7453 neither rob H1497 him: the wages H6468 of him that is hired H7916 shall not abide H3885 with thee all night until the morning. H1242
They build up H1129 Zion H6726 with blood, H1818 and Jerusalem H3389 with iniquity. H5766
Behold, G2400 the hire G3408 of the labourers G2040 who G3588 have reaped down G270 your G5216 fields, G5561 which G3588 is of G575 you G5216 kept back by fraud, G650 crieth: G2896 and G2532 the cries G995 of them which have reaped G2325 are entered G1525 into G1519 the ears G3775 of the Lord G2962 of sabaoth. G4519
Thou shalt not oppress H6231 an hired servant H7916 that is poor H6041 and needy, H34 whether he be of thy brethren, H251 or of thy strangers H1616 that are in thy land H776 within thy gates: H8179 At his day H3117 thou shalt give H5414 him his hire, H7939 neither shall the sun H8121 go down H935 upon it; for he is poor, H6041 and setteth H5375 his heart H5315 upon it: lest he cry H7121 against thee unto the LORD, H3068 and it be sin H2399 unto thee.
Woe H1945 to him that coveteth H1214 an evil H7451 covetousness H1215 to his house, H1004 that he may set H7760 his nest H7064 on high, H4791 that he may be delivered H5337 from the power H3709 of evil! H7451 Thou hast consulted H3289 shame H1322 to thy house H1004 by cutting off H7096 many H7227 people, H5971 and hast sinned H2398 against thy soul. H5315 For the stone H68 shall cry out H2199 of the wall, H7023 and the beam out H3714 of the timber H6086 shall answer H6030 it.
And Jehoiakim H3079 gave H5414 the silver H3701 and the gold H2091 to Pharaoh; H6547 but he taxed H6186 the land H776 to give H5414 the money H3701 according to the commandment H6310 of Pharaoh: H6547 he exacted H5065 the silver H3701 and the gold H2091 of the people H5971 of the land, H776 of every one H376 according to his taxation, H6187 to give H5414 it unto Pharaohnechoh. H6549 Jehoiakim H3079 was twenty H6242 and five H2568 years H8141 old H1121 when he began to reign; H4427 and he reigned H4427 eleven H259 H6240 years H8141 in Jerusalem. H3389 And his mother's H517 name H8034 was Zebudah, H2080 the daughter H1323 of Pedaiah H6305 of Rumah. H7316 And he did H6213 that which was evil H7451 in the sight H5869 of the LORD, H3068 according to all that his fathers H1 had done. H6213
And the king H4428 of Egypt H4714 made Eliakim H471 his brother H251 king H4427 over Judah H3063 and Jerusalem, H3389 and turned H5437 his name H8034 to Jehoiakim. H3079 And Necho H5224 took H3947 Jehoahaz H3099 his brother, H251 and carried H935 him to Egypt. H4714
They cause him to go H1980 naked H6174 without clothing, H3830 and they take away H5375 the sheaf H6016 from the hungry; H7457 Which make oil H6671 within H996 their walls, H7791 and tread H1869 their winepresses, H3342 and suffer thirst. H6770
Therefore thus saith H559 the LORD H3068 concerning Jehoiakim H3079 the son H1121 of Josiah H2977 king H4428 of Judah; H3063 They shall not lament H5594 for him, saying, Ah H1945 my brother! H251 or, Ah H1945 sister! H269 they shall not lament H5594 for him, saying, Ah H1945 lord! H113 or, Ah H1945 his glory! H1935
And I will come near H7126 to you to judgment; H4941 and I will be a swift H4116 witness H5707 against the sorcerers, H3784 and against the adulterers, H5003 and against false H8267 swearers, H7650 and against those that oppress H6231 the hireling H7916 in his wages, H7939 the widow, H490 and the fatherless, H3490 and that turn aside H5186 the stranger H1616 from his right, and fear H3372 not me, saith H559 the LORD H3068 of hosts.
