14 And the priest H3548 shall take H3947 some of the blood H1818 of the trespass offering, H817 and the priest H3548 shall put H5414 it upon the tip H8571 of the right H3233 ear H241 of him that is to be cleansed, H2891 and upon the thumb H931 of his right H3233 hand, H3027 and upon the great toe H931 of his right H3233 foot: H7272
Then shalt thou kill H7819 the ram, H352 and take H3947 of his blood, H1818 and put H5414 it upon the tip H8571 of the right ear H241 of Aaron, H175 and upon the tip H8571 of the right H3233 ear H241 of his sons, H1121 and upon the thumb H931 of their right H3233 hand, H3027 and upon the great toe H931 of their right H3233 foot, H7272 and sprinkle H2236 the blood H1818 upon the altar H4196 round about. H5439
And he slew H7819 it; and Moses H4872 took H3947 of the blood H1818 of it, and put H5414 it upon the tip H8571 of Aaron's H175 right H3233 ear, H241 and upon the thumb H931 of his right H3233 hand, H3027 and upon the great toe H931 of his right H3233 foot. H7272 And he brought H7126 Aaron's H175 sons, H1121 and Moses H4872 put H5414 of the blood H1818 upon the tip H8571 of their right H3233 ear, H241 and upon the thumbs H931 of their right H3233 hands, H3027 and upon the great toes H931 of their right H3233 feet: H7272 and Moses H4872 sprinkled H2236 the blood H1818 upon the altar H4196 round about. H5439
Neither G3366 yield ye G3936 your G5216 members G3196 as instruments G3696 of unrighteousness G93 unto sin: G266 but G235 yield G3936 yourselves G1438 unto God, G2316 as G5613 those that are alive G2198 from G1537 the dead, G3498 and G2532 your G5216 members G3196 as instruments G3696 of righteousness G1343 unto God. G2316
I speak G3004 after the manner of men G442 because G1223 of the infirmity G769 of your G5216 flesh: G4561 for G1063 as G5618 ye have yielded G3936 your G5216 members G3196 servants G1401 to uncleanness G167 and G2532 to iniquity G458 unto G1519 iniquity; G458 even so G3779 now G3568 yield G3936 your G5216 members G3196 servants G1401 to righteousness G1343 unto G1519 holiness. G38
For G1063 ye are bought G59 with a price: G5092 therefore G1211 glorify G1392 God G2316 in G1722 your G5216 body, G4983 and G2532 in G1722 your G5216 spirit, G4151 which G3748 are G2076 God's. G2316
Having G2192 therefore G3767 these G5025 promises, G1860 dearly beloved, G27 let us cleanse G2511 ourselves G1438 from G575 all G3956 filthiness G3436 of the flesh G4561 and G2532 spirit, G4151 perfecting G2005 holiness G42 in G1722 the fear G5401 of God. G2316
According G2596 to my G3450 earnest expectation G603 and G2532 my hope, G1680 that G3754 in G1722 nothing G3762 I shall be ashamed, G153 but G235 that with G1722 all G3956 boldness, G3954 as G5613 always, G3842 so now G3568 also G2532 Christ G5547 shall be magnified G3170 in G1722 my G3450 body, G4983 whether G1535 it be by G1223 life, G2222 or G1535 by G1223 death. G2288
As G5613 obedient G5218 children, G5043 not G3361 fashioning yourselves according to G4964 the former G4386 lusts G1939 in G1722 your G5216 ignorance: G52 But G235 as G2596 he which hath called G2564 you G5209 is holy, G40 so G2532 be G1096 ye G846 holy G40 in G1722 all G3956 manner of conversation; G391
Ye G846 also, G2532 as G5613 lively G2198 stones, G3037 are built up G3618 a spiritual G4152 house, G3624 an holy G40 priesthood, G2406 to offer up G399 spiritual G4152 sacrifices, G2378 acceptable G2144 to God G2316 by G1223 Jesus G2424 Christ. G5547
But G1161 ye G5210 are a chosen G1588 generation, G1085 a royal G934 priesthood, G2406 an holy G40 nation, G1484 a peculiar G1519 G4047 people; G2992 that G3704 ye should shew forth G1804 the praises G703 of him who hath called G2564 you G5209 out of G1537 darkness G4655 into G1519 his G846 marvellous G2298 light: G5457 Which G3588 in time past G4218 were not G3756 a people, G2992 but G1161 are now G3568 the people G2992 of God: G2316 which G3588 had G1653 not G3756 obtained mercy, G1653 but G1161 now G3568 have obtained mercy. G1653
And G2532 from G575 Jesus G2424 Christ, G5547 who is the faithful G4103 witness, G3144 and the first begotten G4416 of G1537 the dead, G3498 and G2532 the prince G758 of the kings G935 of the earth. G1093 Unto him that loved G25 us, G2248 and G2532 washed G3068 us G2248 from G575 our G2257 sins G266 in G1722 his own G846 blood, G129 And G2532 hath made G4160 us G2248 kings G935 and G2532 priests G2409 unto God G2316 and G2532 his G846 Father; G3962 to him G846 be glory G1391 and G2532 dominion G2904 for G1519 ever G165 and ever. G165 Amen. G281

Commentary on Leviticus 14 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 14
The former chapter directed the priests how to convict a leper of ceremonial uncleanness. No prescriptions are given for his cure; but, when God had cured him, the priests are in this chapter directed how to cleanse him. The remedy here is only adapted to the ceremonial part of his disease; but the authority Christ gave to his ministers was to cure the lepers, and so to cleanse them. We have here,
Lev 14:1-9
Here,
Lev 14:10-20
Observe,
Lev 14:21-32
We have here the gracious provision which the law made for the cleansing of poor lepers. If they were not able to bring three lambs, and three tenth-deals of flour, they must bring one lamb, and one tenth-deal of flour, and, instead of the other two lambs, two turtle-doves or two young pigeons, v. 21, 22. Here see,
Lev 14:33-53
This is the law concerning the leprosy in a house. Now that they were in the wilderness they dwelt in tents, and had no houses, and therefore the law is made only an appendix to the former laws concerning the leprosy, because it related, not to their present state, but to their future settlement. The leprosy in a house is as unaccountable as the leprosy in a garment; but, if we see not what natural causes of it can be assigned, we may resolve it into the power of the God of nature, who here says, I put the leprosy in a house (v. 34), as his curse is said to enter into a house, and consume it with the timber and stones thereof, Zec. 5:4. Now,
Lev 14:54-57
This is the conclusion of this law concerning the leprosy. There is no repetition of it in Deuteronomy, only a general memorandum given (Deu. 24:8), Take heed in the plague of leprosy. We may see in this law,
