9 And G2532 heal G2323 the sick G772 that are therein, G1722 G846 and G2532 say G3004 unto them, G846 The kingdom G932 of God G2316 is come nigh G1448 unto G1909 you. G5209
G1161 In G1722 G4012 the same G1565 quarters G5117 were G5225 possessions G5564 of the chief man G4413 of the island, G3520 whose name was G3686 Publius; G4196 who G3739 received G324 us, G2248 and lodged us G3579 three G5140 days G2250 courteously. G5390 And G1161 it came to pass, G1096 that the father G3962 of Publius G4196 lay G2621 sick of G4912 a fever G4446 and G2532 of a bloody flux: G1420 to G4314 whom G3739 Paul G3972 entered in, G1525 and G2532 prayed, G4336 and laid G2007 his hands G5495 on G2007 him, G846 and healed G2390 him. G846 So G3767 when G1096 this G5127 was done, G1096 others G3062 also, G2532 which G3588 had G2192 diseases G769 in G1722 the island, G3520 came, G4334 and G2532 were healed: G2323 Who G3739 also G2532 honoured G5092 us G2248 with many G4183 honours; G5091 and G2532 when we departed, G321 they laded G2007 us with such things as G4314 were necessary. G5532
And G1161 as ye go, G4198 preach, G2784 saying, G3004 G3754 The kingdom G932 of heaven G3772 is at hand. G1448 Heal G2323 the sick, G770 cleanse G2511 the lepers, G3015 raise G1453 the dead, G3498 cast out G1544 devils: G1140 freely G1432 ye have received, G2983 freely G1432 give. G1325
And G1161 when he was demanded G1905 of G5259 the Pharisees, G5330 when G4219 the kingdom G932 of God G2316 should come, G2064 he answered G611 them G846 and G2532 said, G2036 The kingdom G932 of God G2316 cometh G2064 not G3756 with G3326 observation: G3907 Neither G3761 shall they say, G2046 Lo G2400 here! G5602 or, G2228 lo G2400 there! G1563 for, G1063 behold, G2400 the kingdom G932 of God G2316 is G2076 within G1787 you. G5216

Commentary on Luke 10 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 10
In this chapter we have,
Luk 10:1-16
We have here the sending forth of seventy disciples, two and two, into divers parts of the country, to preach the gospel, and to work miracles in those places which Christ himself designed to visit, to make way for his entertainment. This is not taken notice of by the other evangelists: but the instructions here given them are much the same with those given to the twelve. Observe,
Upon this occasion, the evangelist repeats,
Luk 10:17-24
Christ sent forth the seventy disciples as he was going up to Jerusalem to the feast of tabernacles, when he went up, not openly, but as it were in secret (Jn. 7:10), having sent abroad so great a part of his ordinary retinue; and Dr. Lightfoot thinks it was before his return from that feast, and while he was yet at Jerusalem, or Bethany, which was hard by (for there he was, v. 38), that they, or at least some of them, returned to him. Now here we are told,
Luk 10:25-37
We have here Christ's discourse with a lawyer about some points of conscience, which we are all concerned to be rightly informed in and are so here from Christ though the questions were proposed with no good intention.
Luk 10:38-42
We may observe in this story,
