15 And G1161 one G1520 of G1537 them, G846 when he saw G1492 that G3754 he was healed, G2390 turned back, G5290 and with G3326 a loud G3173 voice G5456 glorified G1392 God, G2316
And G1161 Jesus G2424 answering G611 said, G2036 Were there G2511 not G3780 ten G1176 cleansed? G2511 but G1161 where G4226 are the nine? G1767 There are G2147 not G3756 found G2147 that returned G5290 to give G1325 glory G1391 to God, G2316 save G1508 this G3778 stranger. G241
[[A Psalm of David.]] H1732 Bless H1288 the LORD, H3068 O my soul: H5315 and all that is within H7130 me, bless his holy H6944 name. H8034 Bless H1288 the LORD, H3068 O my soul, H5315 and forget H7911 not all his benefits: H1576 Who forgiveth H5545 all thine iniquities; H5771 who healeth H7495 all thy diseases; H8463 Who redeemeth H1350 thy life H2416 from destruction; H7845 who crowneth H5849 thee with lovingkindness H2617 and tender mercies; H7356
He sent H7971 his word, H1697 and healed H7495 them, and delivered H4422 them from their destructions. H7825 Oh that men would praise H3034 the LORD H3068 for his goodness, H2617 and for his wonderful works H6381 to the children H1121 of men! H120 And let them sacrifice H2076 the sacrifices H2077 of thanksgiving, H8426 and declare H5608 his works H4639 with rejoicing. H7440
The LORD H3050 hath chastened H3256 me sore: H3256 but he hath not given me over H5414 unto death. H4194 Open H6605 to me the gates H8179 of righteousness: H6664 I will go H935 into them, and I will praise H3034 the LORD: H3050
The living, H2416 the living, H2416 he shall praise H3034 thee, as I do this day: H3117 the father H1 to the children H1121 shall make known H3045 thy truth. H571 The LORD H3068 was ready to save H3467 me: therefore we will sing my songs H5058 to the stringed instruments H5059 all the days H3117 of our life H2416 in the house H1004 of the LORD. H3068 For Isaiah H3470 had said, H559 Let them take H5375 a lump H1690 of figs, H8384 and lay it for a plaister H4799 upon the boil, H7822 and he shall recover. H2421 Hezekiah H2396 also had said, H559 What is the sign H226 that I shall go up H5927 to the house H1004 of the LORD? H3068
In those days H3117 Hezekiah H3169 was sick H2470 to the death, H4191 and prayed H6419 unto the LORD: H3068 and he spake H559 unto him, and he gave H5414 him a sign. H4159 But Hezekiah H3169 rendered not again H7725 according to the benefit H1576 done unto him; for his heart H3820 was lifted up: H1361 therefore there was wrath H7110 upon him, and upon Judah H3063 and Jerusalem. H3389 Notwithstanding Hezekiah H3169 humbled H3665 himself for the pride H1363 of his heart, H3820 both he and the inhabitants H3427 of Jerusalem, H3389 so that the wrath H7110 of the LORD H3068 came H935 not upon them in the days H3117 of Hezekiah. H3169
[[A Psalm H4210 and Song H7892 at the dedication H2598 of the house H1004 of David.]] H1732 I will extol H7311 thee, O LORD; H3068 for thou hast lifted me up, H1802 and hast not made my foes H341 to rejoice H8055 over me. O LORD H3068 my God, H430 I cried H7768 unto thee, and thou hast healed H7495 me.
Thou hast turned H2015 for me my mourning H4553 into dancing: H4234 thou hast put off H6605 my sackcloth, H8242 and girded H247 me with gladness; H8057 To the end that my glory H3519 may sing H2167 praise to thee, and not be silent. H1826 O LORD H3068 my God, H430 I will give thanks H3034 unto thee for ever. H5769
What shall I render H7725 unto the LORD H3068 for all his benefits H8408 toward me? I will take H5375 the cup H3563 of salvation, H3444 and call H7121 upon the name H8034 of the LORD. H3068 I will pay H7999 my vows H5088 unto the LORD H3068 now in the presence of all his people. H5971 Precious H3368 in the sight H5869 of the LORD H3068 is the death H4194 of his saints. H2623

Commentary on Luke 17 Matthew Henry Commentary
Chapter 17
In this chapter we have,
Luk 17:1-10
We are here taught,
Luk 17:11-19
We have here an account of the cure of ten lepers, which we had not in any other of the evangelists. The leprosy was a disease which the Jews supposed to be inflicted for the punishment of some particular sin, and to be, more than other diseases, a mark of God's displeasure; and therefore Christ, who came to take away sin, and turn away wrath, took particular care to cleanse the lepers that fell in his way. Christ was now in his way to Jerusalem, about the mid-way, where he had little acquaintance in comparison with what he had either at Jerusalem or in Galilee. He was now in the frontier-country, the marches that lay between Samaria and Galilee. He went that road to find out these lepers, and to cure them; for he is found of them that sought him not. Observe,
Luk 17:20-37
We have here a discourse of Christ's concerning the kingdom of God, that is, the kingdom of the Messiah, which was now shortly to be set up, and of which there was great expectation.
