1 Rejoice in Yahweh, you righteous! Praise is fitting for the upright.
Be glad in Yahweh, and rejoice, you righteous! Shout for joy, all you who are upright in heart!
Praise Yah, For it is good to sing praises to our God; For it is pleasant and fitting to praise him.
Offer to God the sacrifice of thanksgiving. Pay your vows to the Most High. Call on me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you will honor me." But to the wicked God says, "What right do you have to declare my statutes, That you have taken my covenant on your lips,

The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous. "The right hand of Yahweh does valiantly.
Praise Yah, for Yahweh is good. Sing praises to his name, for that is pleasant.
As it is written, "There is no one righteous. No, not one.
For as through the one man's disobedience many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the one will many be made righteous.

Psalm 33
This is a psalm of praise; it is probable that David was the penman of it, but we are not told so, because God would have us look above the penmen of sacred writ, to that blessed Spirit that moved and guided them. The psalmist, in this psalm,
We need not be at a loss for proper thoughts in singing this psalm, which so naturally expresses the pious affections of a devout soul towards God.
