Amos 1:5 - I will break also the bar of Damascus, and cut off the inhabitant from the plain of Aven, and him that holdeth the sceptre from the house of Eden: and the people of Syria shall go into captivity unto Kir, saith H559 the LORD.

Amos 2:3 - And I will cut off the judge from the midst thereof, and will slay all the princes thereof with him, saith H559 the LORD.

Amos 3:1 - Hear this word that the LORD hath spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family which I brought up from the land of Egypt, saying, H559
Amos 3:9 - Publish in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the palaces in the land of Egypt, and say, H559 Assemble yourselves upon the mountains of Samaria, and behold the great tumults in the midst thereof, and the oppressed in the midst thereof.
Amos 3:11 - Therefore thus saith H559 the Lord GOD; An adversary there shall be even round about the land; and he shall bring down thy strength from thee, and thy palaces shall be spoiled.
Amos 3:12 - Thus saith H559 the LORD; As the shepherd taketh out of the mouth of the lion two legs, or a piece of an ear; so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus in a couch.
Amos 4:1 - Hear this word, ye kine of Bashan, that are in the mountain of Samaria, which oppress the poor, which crush the needy, which say H559 to their masters, Bring, and let us drink.

Amos 5:17 - And in all vineyards shall be wailing: for I will pass through thee, saith H559 the LORD.
Amos 5:27 - Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith H559 the LORD, whose name is The God of hosts.
Amos 6:10 - And a man's uncle shall take him up, and he that burneth him, to bring out the bones out of the house, and shall say H559 unto him that is by the sides of the house, Is there yet any with thee? and he shall say, H559 No. Then shall he say, H559 Hold thy tongue: for we may not make mention of the name of the LORD.
Amos 6:13 - Ye which rejoice in a thing of nought, which say, H559 Have we not taken to us horns by our own strength?
Amos 7:2 - And it came to pass, that when they had made an end of eating the grass of the land, then I said, H559 O Lord GOD, forgive, I beseech thee: by whom shall Jacob arise? for he is small.
Amos 7:3 - The LORD repented for this: It shall not be, saith H559 the LORD.
Amos 7:5 - Then said H559 I, O Lord GOD, cease, I beseech thee: by whom shall Jacob arise? for he is small.
Amos 7:6 - The LORD repented for this: This also shall not be, saith H559 the Lord GOD.
Amos 7:8 - And the LORD said H559 unto me, Amos, what seest thou? And I said, H559 A plumbline. Then said H559 the Lord, Behold, I will set a plumbline in the midst of my people Israel: I will not again pass by them any more:
Amos 7:10 - Then Amaziah the priest of Bethel sent to Jeroboam king of Israel, saying, H559 Amos hath conspired against thee in the midst of the house of Israel: the land is not able to bear all his words.
Amos 7:11 - For thus Amos saith, H559 Jeroboam shall die by the sword, and Israel shall surely be led away captive out of their own land.
Amos 7:12 - Also Amaziah said H559 unto Amos, O thou seer, go, flee thee away into the land of Judah, and there eat bread, and prophesy there:
Amos 7:14 - Then answered Amos, and said H559 to Amaziah, I was no prophet, neither was I a prophet's son; but I was an herdman, and a gatherer of sycomore fruit:
Amos 7:15 - And the LORD took me as I followed the flock, and the LORD said H559 unto me, Go, prophesy unto my people Israel.
Amos 7:16 - Now therefore hear thou the word of the LORD: Thou sayest, H559 Prophesy not against Israel, and drop not thy word against the house of Isaac.
Amos 7:17 - Therefore thus saith H559 the LORD; Thy wife shall be an harlot in the city, and thy sons and thy daughters shall fall by the sword, and thy land shall be divided by line; and thou shalt die in a polluted land: and Israel shall surely go into captivity forth of his land.
Amos 8:2 - And he said, H559 Amos, what seest thou? And I said, H559 A basket of summer fruit. Then said H559 the LORD unto me, The end is come upon my people of Israel; I will not again pass by them any more.
Amos 8:5 - Saying, H559 When will the new moon be gone, that we may sell corn? and the sabbath, that we may set forth wheat, making the ephah small, and the shekel great, and falsifying the balances by deceit?
Amos 8:14 - They that swear by the sin of Samaria, and say, H559 Thy god, O Dan, liveth; and, The manner of Beersheba liveth; even they shall fall, and never rise up again.
Amos 9:1 - I saw the Lord standing upon the altar: and he said, H559 Smite the lintel of the door, that the posts may shake: and cut them in the head, all of them; and I will slay the last of them with the sword: he that fleeth of them shall not flee away, and he that escapeth of them shall not be delivered.
Amos 9:10 - All the sinners of my people shall die by the sword, which say, H559 The evil shall not overtake nor prevent us.
Amos 9:15 - And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith H559 the LORD thy God.
Obadiah 1:1 - The vision of Obadiah. Thus saith H559 the Lord GOD concerning Edom; We have heard a rumour from the LORD, and an ambassador is sent among the heathen, Arise ye, and let us rise up against her in battle.

Jonah 1:1 - Now the word of the LORD came unto Jonah the son of Amittai, saying, H559
Jonah 1:6 - So the shipmaster came to him, and said H559 unto him, What meanest thou, O sleeper? arise, call upon thy God, if so be that God will think upon us, that we perish not.
Jonah 1:7 - And they said H559 every one to his fellow, Come, and let us cast lots, that we may know for whose cause this evil is upon us. So they cast lots, and the lot fell upon Jonah.
Jonah 1:8 - Then said H559 they unto him, Tell us, we pray thee, for whose cause this evil is upon us; What is thine occupation? and whence comest thou? what is thy country? and of what people art thou?
Jonah 1:9 - And he said H559 unto them, I am an Hebrew; and I fear the LORD, the God of heaven, which hath made the sea and the dry land.
